The unit opened in September 2010 within the grounds of Ballywalter Primary School with the aim of providing your child with the highest standard of pre-school education and is an integral part of the community.

We strive to provide, in partnership with parents, a safe stimulating and challenging environment where all the children can develop socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually through play.

Our indoor and outdoor learning environment aims to support each child to be increasingly independent, self-confident and a happy individual within a positive atmosphere of co-operation and mutual respect.

The Pre-School follows the Northern Ireland Curriculum, is funded by the Education Authority and is inspected by the Department of Education.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Admissions

If your child was born between 2 July 2016 and 1 July 2017, he/she is due to start nursery education in September 2020.
